My name is Davinder and I am a qualified solution-focused therapist and hypnotherapist on a mission to make your life easier by gently guiding you toward more positive thoughts, feelings, and actions. As a proud mother of two children, I know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a rut. Juggling work with kids, family, friends, hobbies, and household chores can be exhausting, leaving you with little time to focus on yourself and your life goals.
After having my second child, I realised positive change was possible – and it’s far easier to spot possibilities with your subconscious on your side. Hypnotherapy fuels hope and positive thought processes, allowing you to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Once I came to this realisation, I developed a passion for finding out more about how the mind works, and how we can influence it for the better. After seeing the way hypnotherapy changed the lives of those closest to me, it was a no-brainer to gain my own qualifications.
I trained at the Clifton Practice, which is widely regarded as the leading school for solution-focused hypnotherapy. This means I will always prioritise positive goals and outcomes, rather than dwelling on past trauma. I am also accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Association of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (AFSFH), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
